Leadership Team

Glenn started at First Christian as the Senior Minister in 2004. He worked at two Christian based Children's Homes and in both Student Ministry and Children's Ministry before coming to First Christian. Glenn and his wife Karen have raised three children: Tyler, Tori and Anyssa. He is a graduate of Johnson Bible College (Johnson University) and has a passion for growing and strengthening the body of Christ for all ages. Glenn loves being outdoors fishing, hunting and working with his hands in the yard or on projects. Phil. 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," has carried him through many of life's journeys.

Peter came to us as the Children's Minister in 2008 and our program has been growing steadily since his arrival. He has been in ministry since graduating from Johnson Bible College in 2000. Peter and his beautiful wife Amy have two girls, Andrea and Abby. He loves people, spending time with people over lunch and takes a genuine interest in their faith and walk with Christ. Peter especially loves helping young families in their struggle to grow and model a Christian home. If you love looking at anything old, Peter is your man. He often quotes Psalm 121:1-2 "I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.”

Max started at First Christian as the Student Minister in 2018. He graduated Johnson University in May of 2018 and has a strong passion to build up the body of Christ and make a difference in young peoples’ lives as they go through the challenges of middle and high school. He married his high school sweetheart, Tori, in October 2018. Max loves playing any type of sport, long boarding, hiking and cheering for THE Ohio State Buckeyes. 2 Timothy 2:15, "Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has no need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word of truth," reminds him that everyday is an opportunity to reflect Christ, so live in a way that pleases the Lord.

Jenny joined the First Christian staff in 2016 as our Office Manager. She, her husband Justin and their daughter Olivia are very active in ministry. She comes to us with robust experience in the business world and we are fortunate to have her on staff!
